Installation

Pulsync compiles on both the Arduino framework and native ESP-IDF.

PlatformIO

Add the library to your platformio.ini:

[env:esp32dev]
platform = espressif32
board = esp32dev
framework = arduino
lib_deps = https://github.com/pulsync/pulsync-arduino.git

Arduino IDE

  1. Install the esp32 board package (Boards Manager).
  2. Download the latest release .zip from GitHub Releases.
  3. Sketch → Include Library → Add .ZIP Library and pick the file.

Pulsync 0.2.3+ builds cleanly on arduino-esp32 3.x (ESP-IDF 5.x) as well as older 2.x cores.

Partition table

OTA needs two app partitions. A ready-made table ships in the library under partitions/pulsync_ota.csv. On PlatformIO set board_build.partitions to a table with two OTA slots (e.g. min_spiffs.csv).
